Thanks for the email and follow-up. What a pleasant surprise and a great personal touch--we thank you for checking out the blog and hope you will be sure to take a peek as time goes by, especially after we post footage from Yellowstone once we get back around the beginning of August.
We received the spray skirt in record time. Literally, your service is the fastest we have experienced after having placed dozens of orders with many different eTailers. We were actually a little baffled when the doorbell rang and the package was delivered, we simply didn't expect it for several days more. We are thankful you had the center skirt for the (Native Watercraft) Ultimate 16... they are extremely hard to find it seems. We tried many companies /websites that had them listed on their sites, but when we loaded up shopping carts--and once had even placed an order with one vendor--it turned out they were not in stock. Anywhere...
Needless to say, we couldn't be happier and we will definitely keep you in mind for future needs. As a little way of saying thanks for having what we needed and the great service, we added a link to your site in our favorite merchants list which appears on every page of our blog.
